Welcome to Schools Running Movement
We offer a series of Half Marathon, Marathon and 10K cumulative running events to encourage children, young people, families and siblings to get moving and active as part of the daily routine whilst getting outdoors more and reducing screen time.
We are on a mission to encourage #MoveForLife in order to improve general health and create a sense of wellbeing whilst building mental health, strengthening resilience and improving overall confidence.
You can run 12 miles in your own time then join us at an event across the country to run your last 1.1 mile (for Half Marathon) or 1.2 mile (for Marathon) with us at a large venue, outdoor or indoor running track event or part of a race day with one of our collaborative race partners. You can enter as a school entry or through direct entry with us.
